Overview

Mamma Mia! weaves more than twenty ABBA songs into a story set on a Greek island, where a young woman invites three men from her mother's past to her wedding hoping to work out which one is her father. It essentially invented the modern jukebox musical format and remains one of the warmest, most purely fun nights out in the West End.

The show leans hard into audience participation energy, especially by the encore — it's a reliably good choice for a celebratory night out, hen do or first-time theatre trip.
